The purpose of these conditions is to regulate the use of the website that NOTIS AFRICA MFGROUP SARL makes available to the public.
Access to this website assigns to the user the general conditions of use that will apply as general conditions of contract and which, if applicable, are mandatory.
Uses of the portal
www.notisafrica.com allows access to a multitude of information, services, programs, or data belonging to NOTIS AFRICA MFGROUP SARL or it is the discomfort to which the user can have access.

NOTIS AFRICA MFGROUP reserves the right to withdraw all comments and contributions that would violate and respect the dignity of the person, that would be discriminatory, xenophobic, pornographic, that would harm youth or children, to the order or public safety or that, in their opinion, is not suitable for publication.
Under no circumstances will NOTIS AFRICA MFGROUP SARL be responsible for the opinions expressed by users through forums, chats or other participation tools in accordance with Article 21 of the Ordinance raised.

NOTIS AFRICA MFGROUP SARL owns all the intellectual and industrial property rights of its website, as well as the elements contained therein such as images, photographs, sounds, audio, video, software or texts, brands or logos, colors, combinations, structure and design, selection of materials used, program, information and any other work of the mind protected respectively by Law No. 82-001 of 07 January 1982 on industrial property and the Ordinance-Law No. 86-033 of 5 April 1986 on the protection of copyright and neighboring rights in the DRC, in particular software, the applications, digital platforms including preparatory design material covered by Article 47 of the aforementioned Ordinance as provided for in Article 47.
